At Preezma we follow a specifically defined software development life cycle methodology that consists of successive steps to be undergone. Among dozens of existing methodologies, we apply as we think the most effective one-scrum. It is a type of agile methodology whereby we divide into groups from three to nine, break the work into tasks and complete them within a certain timeframe which is usually in the form of sprints 2 weeks each. During that time our development team comes up with product and sprint backlogs and has scrums on a daily basis. We also have a scrum master who contributes to the conveyance of deliverables.
